            RIch,
            I got the inverter and installed it last night. Everything works 
            perfect now.
            The only problem I ran into was removing the rivets holding the old 
            inverter on to the mounting plate. I ended up just drilling them 
            out, but is there an easier way of doing that?
            Other than that, the installation was trouble-free.
            Thanks for this great product and it was a pleausure doing business 
            with you.
