"Dan at Five Star Ford"
 
I know it has taken me a long time to get to this, but think I should report on my dealing with Dan.
After checking locally for a set of running boards for my wife's Ranger Supercap Pick-up, I called Dan and told him what I was looking for. He gave me a really good price, and shipped them the next day. When I started to install them, I couldn't make the back brackets work. I sent Dan an E-mail with pictures and an explanation of why they wouldn't fit, and what I thought I could do to make them work. He told me not to make any modifications to the brackets and that he would order a new set and check them in his shop. He found that there was a difference between the regular super cab and the one with the back doors (Not called Four Door) He then sent me the new set with instructions to return the originals. They paid the freight both ways on the replacement set so I am sure they lost money on the deal. I'm sorry for that, but if you need Ford Parts, that is the place to look. I also had a great experiance with Dan and 5 Star Ford. When I decided to get my HID's I asked Dennis and Torrie with Ford Parts Network and at the time neither had them. Dan how ever was able had them in stock and didnt let me off the phone untill he had them off the shelf in front of him and then he had them boxed up and ready to ship before we finished talking. I got them by next day delivery (ordered on friday afternoon got them monday morning) and had them in my Mark with me when i took her in to the body shop that was doing the repair work on my mark. Great work Dan!

I concur, they are great. I sent an email requesting prices for the the 1-2 Accumulator kit and a fuel filter and he had them shipped even before I gave him my credit card number! Great service.

I JUST got off the phone with Dan at 5 Star....and let me tell you.......the service he offers is hands down one of the best. I have been having problems with my heater blower motor and I found that the problem was the connection between the blower motor and the blower motor speed controller....I have just about EVERY book that there is out there on our cars...and I could not find the part number anywhere....he not only found the part number....but he had one in stock....I also asked him if he could next day it.....and he said that there was not a problem with that. Dan...IMHO....is simply one of the best. I have gotten parts from him in the past and since he has given me IMPECCABLE service and I do not think that I will look else where to get Ford parts.....He will either meet....or most likely beat ANY price you get from another dealer.....AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

Five Star is only 20 minutes away for me.
I've meet with Dan, and he really is a nice guy.
I'll give him a call and the parts are on the counter waiting on me.
Great prices, EXCELLENT service,
and he likes dealing with both LOD and TCCOA.
Dan knows his stuff.

Guys, I would bet money that I have bought as much or more items and money's worth from Dan than anyone. He has ALWAYS given me top priority from day one, as well as go WAY out of his way to make sure I recieved what I wanted. He is one of the nicest guys to talk to over the phone and replys very quickly to e-mails. I have over 12 e-mails from him in the last two weeks about parts ordered, when they were shipped, ect. HE IS A CLASS ACT!!

I have never dealt with Dan personally however I have sent many people to him for the Cobra 3.73 carrier and they have reported nothing but EXCELLENT service and pricing!!!!

I reccomend him HIGHLY to anyone!

   I'd also like say Dan at Five Star Ford is great to deal with. I just ordered a bunch of parts for both my 86 LSC & 98 LSC. Dan gave me a great price with the LOD discount, and they arrived quickly. You can be sure I'll be buying my factory parts from Dan.

Just bought a new cell phone antenna kit from Dan. Local dealers wanted from $90-$105. Dan was $53 plus EXACT UPS shipping. Why can't they all be as good as Dan and Five Star Ford?

I just purchased a brand new set of saddle floor mats for my car from Dan at Five Star Ford. This guy is the best! The mats are for a '95, but the only difference I could see was the anchor on the drivers side mat is different.
