"Kansas City Swat - A&E Channel"

So I'm just sitting here watching A&E and the KC Swat team were chasing this Chrysler 300, who were running in *reverse* through a parking lot...low and behold, what does the 300 ram into?

...a parked Gen 1 Mark VIII (black I think)
