"Coughing tranny"

First, thanks to all who helped me on my air ride question.Yeah, the front and rear both raise up.My next dumbass question is about the transmission.I had the $1800 rebuild on my 93 in August. When it does the 2/3 shift there's a very subtle noise, not quite a clank or a grind. It only does it on the first series of shifts and only when it's cold. The car will have to sit for several hours for the noise to happen again and then only the first time it shifts to third. The rebuild did include the infamous $11.22 piston replacement but I don't know about the spring. The tranny is still under warranty.Should I take it in or is it normal?
