Does anyone know the ford part number for the fan control module on a '94?

At spal there is a programable module, but I'm looking for other possibilites.

If you have 94 car and are trying to fix or T/S a engine cooling fan problem what you need to be looking for is a VCRM. A Variable Control Relay Module,. At this point I,ll defer to more experienced members and the fact I,m not familar with any previous post on this, but pretty sure any VCRM from a 93 to a 95 should work.

I just bought a spare from forum member for 20 bucks, If you still need a P/N I,ll dig it out and see if readable

Yes, please.

There was a post that there was an ac delco part, but I'm not sure on that. If I have a part number, I can narrow it down.

I had the same problem on my '94.

I looked into the AC / Delco part number that you saw, but it too is now obsolete.

So finding a good used one is likely your only choice.

There are 3 different ones for the various years of Mark VIII's: 93 - 95, 96, and 97 - 98.

I got lucky and got one at my local Pick N' Pull yard for $23.00.

Try putting a Want To Buy post on this site. There are a lot of members here currently dismantling Mark VIII's.

Good Luck!

It has a Ford sticker still on it p/n is F3LF-12B577-AH. I went through my old emails to remmember which year it was from but the ones I had the detail of the parts on early mail from member here on the forum are gone. I,m pretty sure it was a 95.

He also mentioned he had other access to lincoln parts from a junkyard in Mexico, Just across the arizone border. He lives in the smallest town in the USA, Luke Texas. Interesting fellow, Dr Serna user name, Legit Doctor and parts seller in spare time. Got the parts but hes so remote it took some patience. Haven,t used them yet but price was right. Might be worth try

Cool.

According to BWD automotive, their part number RCM7M replaces Ford
F3LF 12B577 AD, AF, AG, AH.

Thanks again.

They seem pretty professional.

And it possibly looks like BWD P/N RCM29M might work for a "96.

I was thinking I needed a VCRM as Fan stayed on ALL the time - I reset PCM w/Battery disconnect & no help - Then Battery failed & after installing new Battery it's healed itself, it's like it defaulted to Fan constantly on w/bad Battery.
