"Fuel pressure problem solved Need seal part #????"
I baught the fuel pump, cut the hole in the floor and pulled the sending unit. I saw the culprit right away. The fuel line connecting the pump and the metal pipe had burst. I replaced the hose with high pressure fuel line gave it a good twice over put it back in and boom its fixed. Took the pump back and got shock instead! Starts and runs great now. Plan on trying e85 again LOL.
I did run into a snag. The seal for the sending unit would not go in right now the tank is not sealed properly. I went to 3 different stores and they all showed a 3 1/4 inch seal but mine is like 5 inches? I find it hard to believe that all the car part stores are wrong. Advance did have the ring but no seal
