"Valve body separator plates"

Does anyone know a source for the valve body plate
that is commonly drilled out when installing a shift kit? Ford sells them only along with a complete valve body.

I don't want to drill out mine, and find it is not satisfactory.....should I go RV/Tow, or street/strip??? It's a B&M kit.
