"what years snowflakes?"

Just poking around the web looking at Marks, I found one in WI, dealer wants 10k for a 98 with 64k, whatever. My question is this. They have snowflakes mounted on it. I don't recall ever seeing a gen II here with flakes.. well at least for rims What years were snowflakes available? I think they are just waiting for sucker.
