Keep looking Joel and be patient. I got a nice set for $400 including shipping back in May after looking for 2-3 months. I then offered my Directional Chrome Wheels for sale for $500 shipped during the summer and just a month ago I got an offer and sold them and shipped them for $400. Octastars, especially ones in good shape are hard to get at a decent price but not if you take your time! A set will show up and you get to enjoy driving your Mark VII in the mean time!
